Awards and honors

 Well, as it was showed before, Edwin Escalante only owns the certificate of second place in second year of high school. During the time at the Universiy of El Salvador, he has gotten wonderful grades in the different sujects. 

This was the first level of English in which he got good grades thanks to the effort of the teachers to teach everybody in a good way. Fortunately, since he failed the first time, he started hitting the books quite often because he did not want to get through that feeling again.

Fortunately, Edwin Escalante could repeat the materpiece the next semester. For sure, it was difficult for him because there were new things. For instance, the impromptu Speech was really difficult to Edwin since it required a great preparation because there were around 25 topics, and he was going to get one randomly. Thanks to God ihe could fulfill the goal which was to succeed in the subject.

 

Actually, at the begining of this semester seemed kind of difficult the subject because as it is known is another level, but as soon as the pandemic and the lockdown started, the evaluations were changed. In this way benefiting the students. It is important to stick out that it has its difficult times this semester for the different issues which everybody were facing due to the pandemic.

At this moment, Edwin Escalante already passed the current English subject without having the final oral interview. So, it is a good award that he obtained this semester. This semester has taught Edwin many things, but the most important is to never give up at nothing no matter how difficult everything coould seem because if we trust and ourselves, nothing will stop us.

In conclusion, this year was one of the most difficult because of the pandemic, but fortunately, Edwin had incredible teachers who he will always keep in his heart due to the huge knowledge he got. Composition was a curious subject for him because he never expected to increase quickly his writing skills. Finally, he can say that he learned a bunch of things related to the writing skills.
